Create the perfect gathering space for birthdays, graduations, weddings, family reunions, corporate events, and more with our 20' x 20' Pole Tent. This elegant high-peak tent provides approximately 400 square feet of covered space, comfortably accommodating up to 40 guests seated banquet-style or 50-60 guests for standing or cocktail-style events.
Our professional team handles the complete setup and takedown, ensuring your event is safe, secure, and stress-free.
Rental Guidelines & Requirements
🌱 Grass Installation Only
- This tent must be installed on grass. Pole tents cannot be set up on concrete, asphalt, gravel, or other hard surfaces because they require staking into the ground.
📏 Space Requirements
- A minimum clear area of 30' x 30' is required for safe installation.
- The tent itself measures 20' x 20', but additional space is necessary for stakes and guy lines on all sides.
⚠️ Underground Utilities
- We will contact JULIE (Joint Utility Locating Information for Excavators) to have underground utility lines marked before installation.
- Utility marking is required before any stakes can be driven into the ground.
- Customers are responsible for informing us of any private underground items that JULIE does not mark, including:
- Sprinkler systems
- Invisible dog fences
- Private electrical lines
- Septic systems
- Water lines
- Drain tiles
- Landscape lighting
- Any other privately installed underground utilities
🏡 Installation Area
- The setup area must be free of vehicles, debris, furniture, pet waste, low-hanging branches, and other obstacles before our arrival.
- Please ensure there is adequate access for our installation crew and equipment.
🏠 Overhead Clearance
- The installation area must be free of tree limbs, utility lines, and other overhead obstructions.
🌧️ Weather Policy
- Our tents are designed to provide shade and protection from light rain. For the safety of everyone, tents should never be used during severe weather, including high winds, thunderstorms, or other dangerous conditions.
🧱 Sidewalls (Optional)
- Sidewalls are available for an additional charge.
- A minimum of two weeks' notice is required to reserve sidewalls.
💡 Lighting (Optional)
- Tent lighting is available for an additional charge to keep your event going after sunset.
🚫 Customer Safety
- Do not move, loosen, or remove tent stakes or guy lines at any time.
- Do not attach decorations, inflatables, lighting, or other items to the tent frame unless approved by our staff.
- No open flames, grills, fire pits, or heaters are permitted inside or directly next to the tent unless specifically approved.
